Hi, I was just wondering if it’s possible to place my order over the phone as opposed to online because for some reason my card does not go through online

it’s not working thru PayPal?

Customer:
I can’t use this card through PayPal because it’s my pay flex card

KZFOO:
that is probably why. The flex cards can be particular about where they are used. Some will not work for a "retail" site

Customer:
Exactly. It works for other glasses sites online but for this one for some reason it does not. That’s why I was asking if we can be done over the phone.

KZFOO:
unfortunately it is only online that we can do payments
