I have not received a confirmation email for the actual order after payment

Hi i sent a payment for an order that has already gone through, but I have not received a confirmation email for the actual order. Just wondering if my order went through or not.

Understand completely. did you use PayPal?

Customer:
Yes

on your order with them, besides a confirmation number there should be an order number, can you look at your receipt and see if that is on there? if it is can i get that please?
also sometimes the emails are sent to the spam folder in error since its a new email address. so that is also a possibility

Customer:

KZFOO:
perfect

Customer:
Okay ill check my spam folder

KZFOO:
and i am looking up that order number on our side
and i am showing that order is processing, which means we have the order and the lenses have been started to be made
