PD(Pupillary Distance)

•On my prescription it says Near and Distant and I am not sure how to input it on here
•I don't know how to enter the PD, My prescription states "OD 57.0 and OS Near PD"
•My PD is 65/61 and there isn't an option for that
•I was wondering how I get a P.D. my right # which is -0.5 (P.D. 32.50) and my left #-0.75 (P.D. 31.00)
•How do I get the PD number? I have my glasses rx paper in front of me is it the shere number?
•My pd is 29 and I only see options for 45 and above for the glasses I want
•I’m trying to fill out prescription to order glasses and I have 2 PD - near and distance. How can I add this?
•On the prescription are you asking for the full pd for the right and left?
